Project Description As a sub-consultant on a McKissack & McKissack/Heery International (Treasury Department) contract, DKMB & Associates was responsible for the program management of an entire floor renovation project on a federal facility from design inception until construction completion. DKMB & Associates conducted general contractor bid selection and chose successful responsible and responsive bidder. Program Management Services provided included concept & schematic design, review of design documents & construction packages, development and maintenance of project budgets, production of design & construction progress records, and supervision of construction phase project staff. In addition DKMB & Associates scheduled, coordinated, and conducted meetings between client, user, Architect/Engineer, and General Contractor. Further, DKMB & Associates provided instruction and direction to the Architect/Engineer and General Contractor, conducted daily site inspections and produced detailed punchlists, non-conformance documents, and informed the client/user of project details and developments on a daily basis.
