Project Description While on a Heery International contract, a member of DKMB & Associates was placed as an Architect Project Manager within the Treasury Department on a multi-year/multi-million dollar Historic Preservation, Renovation, and New Interior Construction project. The project required following the guidelines of the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for renovation, restoration, and rehabilitation of historic structures. DKMB & Associates Representative served as a technical advisor to the Director of Project Management for the Treasury Building Architectural Repair and Restoration (TBARR) project. Responsibilities included the production of design documents, establishing timeframes and priorities, coordinating details, managing project files, developing scopes of work, reviewing/commenting on contract documents and supporting Treasury Management Personnel on design, environmental, interior repair, and restoration contracts.
