DKMB & Associates was contracted by a private owner to conduct an existing conditions assessment, provide as-built documentation, and to design a new layout for a rowhouse project located in an historic district. DKMB & Associates surveyed the existing conditions, taped, measured, photographed, developed as-builts, redesigned interior layout and finishes, and presented numerous recommendations to the owner for additional improvements and upgrades to the property. DKMB & Associates presented as-built and new design documents to the owner in oder to receive approvals for the renovation effort by the local historical society having jurisdiction.
