Project Description DKMB & Associates provided professional services in surveying the existing building condition and developing an existing condition report of subject property. The purpose of the report was to aid in the overall assessment of the existing property to ascertain whether or not an addition, alteration, or renovation was warranted. DKMB & Associates performed an exterior building observation, inspection, evaluation, and documentation of existing roofing systems, chimneys, vents, hatches, TV antennas, roof-mounted equipment, building envelope, fenestration patterns, exterior paving, exterior landscaping, building attachments, exterior utilities, etc. DKMB & Associates performed an interior building observation, inspection, evaluation, and documentation of existing attic spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining area, kitchen, closets, basement areas, crawl spaces, interior envelope, interior utilities, etc. DKMB & Associates compiled a comprehensive existing conditions report of all findings and recommendations and presented to the owner.
