Residential Training Facility
Project Description
As Architect of Design on a quick turn-around project, DKMB & Associates produced conceptual design documents for the construction of a residential training facility. This facility required the design of a CMU structural foundation system upon which a modular home was affixed. In addition, the project program required the design of a 2-car garage attached to the modular home. The conceptual design package consisted of three drawings, one showing the site plan, another showing the foundation design, and the third and final document showing details and wall sections. From these three conceptual documents, the training facility was constructed. All documents were hand sketched by DKMB & Associates and expeditiously delivered to the client for immediate construction execution.
