PG County Public Schools - New Elementary Schools Provided Site Observation and detailed Construction Punchlists and Non-Conformance Reports for two new elementary schools at Lake Arbor and New Adelphi. Post Office Annex - FEMA Hurricane Assessments Provided scopes of work, cost estimates, reviews, research, evaluations, recommendations, documentation, photography, and damage assessments.
Rossville Residence Provided Pre-Occupancy Inspection services. Villages of Woodholme Residence Provided one year Post Occupancy Evaluation Services.
III. PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: Pen Lucy Community Center Provided Project and Program Management Services for the adaptive reuse, alteration, renovation, and addition to an antiquated circa 1890's building.
Treasury Annex Floor Renovation Provided Program Management Services for the remodel and renovation of an entire floor of an historic federal building from project planning inception to architectural design to construction completion.
