Project Description
As a sub-consultant to PAN Group, Inc., Architects on a Grimm & Parker Architects Contract, DKMB & Associates provided professional construction site investigative services inspecting the contractor’s construction progress and contract non-conformances at two new elementary schools, Lake Arbor and New Adelphi, under construction for Prince George’s County Public Schools. DKMB & Associates conducted numerous site visits and site observations and developed a list of non-contract conformances and construction deficiencies. DKMB & Associates was responsible for producing and furnishing these detailed punchlists of construction non-conformances by the General Contractor to the A/E.
