Project Description As a consultant for Mimar Architects, DKMB & Associates provided existing condition assessments and developed as-built documentation of an unused prefabricated metal building, which will become the future home of the Passenger Cruise Terminal for Baltimore City. The services included numerous site visits to photograph, measure, and assess the existing facility conditions, and to provide accurate plans, sections, elevations, and details to be utilized in the development of demoliton documents, design drawings, and construction documents for the new facility layout and configuration.
