As a sub-consultant to MIMAR Architects, DKMB & Associates was responsible for providing a detailed architectural inspection of the Hanover Street Bascule Span’s Control Tower and Arcade Towers in order to identify the need for repair and/or replacement of windows, doors, architectural hardware, interior finishes, exterior facades, other improvements, and modifications. DKMB & Associates meticulously inspected interior spaces and evaluated the condition of flooring, paint, millwork, ceilings, and walls, etc., as well as the exterior facade surfaces and materials. At the conclusion of the inspection and evaluation of the facility condition, DKMB & Associates provided a comprehensive existing conditions report of all findings along with corrective action recommendations.
