Project Description
As the Interior Architect of Design/Record, DKMB & Associates provided the necessary exhibit research, planning, and design for Baltimore County’s Department of Parks & Recreation, Banneker Museum & Historical Park’s Phase I & II exhibition project. The exhibition design required inclusion of multi-media equipment, with interactive components, incorporation of various significant archeological and nature artifacts, life-size replica settings, historical objects, publications, and maps. The required conceptual documents were for exhibits to be fabricated and constructed within the museum’s 1,400 square feet Reception Gallery and 900 square feet Banneker Gallery.
